What counts as a property?
Each physical location you manage is one property — a B&B, guesthouse, villa, or rental unit. If you manage multiple locations, each one is billed separately at $4.99/month after your trial.
What does “SMS at cost” mean?
We pass through Twilio’s wholesale SMS rates with zero markup. In the US, that’s approximately $0.0079 per message. International rates vary by country. You’ll see an itemized breakdown on your monthly statement.
Why do I need a credit card for the free trial?
The platform itself is free during your 90-day trial. The credit card is only used if you send SMS messages, which incur small per-message charges from our carrier (Twilio). Most properties spend less than $5/month on SMS.
What happens after my 90-day trial?
We’ll notify you before your trial ends. If you choose to continue, billing starts at $4.99 per property per month. If not, your account pauses — no charges, no hassle.
