Ivrly LLC (“Ivrly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Arrivio platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service. We take privacy seriously and will never sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Paddle and never stored on our servers.

Property data: Information you enter about your properties, rooms, check-in instructions, and local guides.

Guest data: Phone numbers and names you provide to send SMS messages to guests. We process this data on your behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.

Usage data: Basic analytics about how the service is used, including page views, SMS delivery status, and guest page open events.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, process payments, send you service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform: Twilio (SMS delivery), Paddle (billing and payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and Cloudflare R2 (file storage). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to operate the service, such as session authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. International Transfers

Our services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We take steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
